The Sims 4 Diaper Mod

Hello! I haven't played in couple months but decided to log back in and had to update. After the update I realized the baby diaper changing table is gone. Did Sims 3 remove the diaper changing table or is that a glitch?

I'm looking for a dry/wet diaper texture(s) for the sims 4, or panties/pajamas of the same type. I have the sticky Clothes and bedwetting mod, but the latter is kind of dull without some sort of visual representation. I've looked around for hours, but can't find anything! Thought maybe someone here would have luck where I haven't? I've found , but it's wet panties only. I'm okay with that, but I'm not sure where to put it as it seems like it' may only be an image file..
